Shipping and returns
WARRANTY ON ITEMS
The Customer has the right to a warranty covering the manufacturing defects of the items purchased on the website pisa.is.it as long as the defect is reported to pisa.is.it within 7 (seven) days of its finding.
Upon detection of the defect by pisa.is.it, the Customer will be fully refunded on the amount paid for defective items.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We want to guarantee your maximum satisfaction, therefore, in compliance with pisa.is.it's quality policy and current regulations, it is your right to make one or more items return within ten (10) working days from the date you received the order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
NOTE: Before initiating any action, contact us! Maybe we have a pickup service in your area, so you don't need to send it back.
1. We invite you to try the items without removing any label and / or hologram that certifies the originality of the product, returns without labels and / or hologram will be refused.
2. The package must be sent to pisa.is.it at his own expense within 10 working days from the date you received the order.
3. Items must be undamaged and unused.
4. It is necessary to complete the return letter and send it by email to info@pisa.is.it or by registered letter to our registered office iGix s.r.l. located in Piazza Diaz 6, 20123 Milano Italy.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, pisa.is.it will refund the price of the returned items, only the costs of the return are your responsibility, i.e. those for returning the purchased items to pisa.is.it.
If your return is not in compliance with the above conditions you will be contacted and you will have the right to choose to have the products purchased at your expense.
TIMES AND METHODS OF REFUND
After pisa.is.it has checked that the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail communication to accept the return and start the refund procedure.
The time for the refund of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the items varies according to the payment methods with which you placed the order:
- Purchase by credit card: it depends on the institution that issued the card. In any case, the value date of the charge back is the same as the charge.
- Purchase through PayPal: the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- Cash on delivery: a bank transfer will be made to the current account indicated by you on the return form within thirty (30) days.

SHIPMENT
All items will be shipped via our courier within 2 days. working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Shipping costs have the cost indicated in the cart at purchase time.
